May Goals

So, I have been reading other blogs this week and a lot of them are writing about their May goals. I am not sure what is significant about May but I started to panic thinking that I needed some goals for May. Then as I got thinking, I was like, well, I guess I already did have some goals, I just didn’t make anything official about them. 

So here they are:

30 Day Squat Challenge

I am on day 3, so far so good...

Increase my mileage from last month (I was a huge slacker in April). 


Too much of this 


and that... not that I am giving that up or anything.

Shape up for the Women’s Half Marathon race in Niagara Falls June 2


Dig out the grass in my front yard to get some landscaping started


Avoid celebrating my birthday!

Like this...even though that nacho cake that CRM made for me last year was delish!

And last but definitely not the least, is to spend time with all the ones I love
BFF!
Sisters!

PS: I still don’t know what is significant about May and why everyone has “goals” but I am happy to say, I have jumped on the Trend now!

One last thing... Got out for a good run yesterday and wore my new blue Pro Compression socks for the first time!

  3. I love how your goals are simple, challenging and attainable. I also love your PC socks & Mizuno shoes. Two of my favorite brands. I already know we'd be friends if we lived closer. :)
