My legs are finally feeling pretty much back to normal today. I got out Tuesday night for a slow, shake out run of 8.25k with my sister and last night I went for a massage and I think that really helped.
Tonight my sister and I plan on out getting out again for a run, and then one last longish run Saturday to prep her for the Run for Retina Half Marathon next weekend!
I don’t know about you, but when Thursday arrives, I start to get excited for the weekend!
I have no plans this weekend and for some reason I am excited about that. I shouldn’t say no plans, I do plan to not wake up to an alarm and I do plan on getting out for a run on Saturday, even though I did consider outsourcing my run.
Anyways, this is short and sweet today cuz I gotta run!! Have a great day everyone!
