April Stride Box Review

Posted by Anonymous

I cancelled my Stride Box subscription over the winter because I wasn't going through as many supplies as I was during the summer. I decided to start it up again this month and when I received my first box I was so glad that I did!

It’s so exciting opening a box and seeing pretty tissue paper…it’s the little things, right?!

Quest Cravings-Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Ummm, yes please! Peanut butter cups are my fav!! Can’t wait to try this.  These cups pack some essential amino acids taking a popular sweet treat to a healthy level.

NOW Trail Bar-Raspberry, Peanut & Almond

These bars are a gluten free, dairy free, all natural fruit and nut energy bar loaded with chia seeds, and held together with manuka honey.

Achiva Native Energy-Chai Seeds Chews

Still not loving the Chai seed thing but I am getting used to it and do try things with them in now.

These chews have chai, cocoa butter, agave, sugar and natural flavours, making them great for a natural energy boost during a run.

CytoMax Sports Performance Mix

I love trying out new drink mixes of any kind!

This one is designed to deliver energy quickly and efficiently to help hydrate and fuel working muscles and spare muscle glycogen to delay fatigue!

Zipfizz-Healthy Energy Drink-Fruit Punch

I have tried this one before! Again, it’s a drink mix, so there is a love here already!

This one is sugar free and is meant to refresh, refuel, and rehydrate.

Huma Gel-Chai Seed Gel-Blueberry

Again-there is that word Chai, however, this is also one that Katie has talked about so I am curious to try.

This is a 100% all natural gel with chai seeds and flavoured from real fruit. They boast that simple ingredients mean energy with no stomach issues. Perfect match-right!?!

There is always a fun sticker in the box too! This one is perfect for how I have been feeling lately! Every run is a good run!

The last item was a Running Belt that you just might see in a giveaway soon! Check back in a few days!

Last night, I headed out for a 7km run. Lately I have been turning the pace off on my watch so that I only run based on how I feel. Its working out pretty good for me as I am feeling better after I run than I have been lately. Last night’s run was sooo cold though. I keep thinking we are done with this awful cold weather but it keeps creeping back in. Being cold meant, okay, I’ll stay cold and go for some FroYo!

LOVE chia seeds!! They're basically added to all my breakfasts :) My boyfriend used to use CytoMax all the time when he was playing baseball. I've never tried it though.
