Today instead of just sharing with you a few of my “random” favourites this week – I thought instead I would share some health and fitness favourites from this week.
This workout. I need to start incorporating strength training into my life again, and I think that this will be a good start.
I am the first one to admit that I really do NOT like water – so drinking it can sometimes pose a challenge for me. So for the past few weeks, I have really been on a mission to make sure that I am staying properly hydrated, and more then anything give my body what it really needs. I try and have 1 water bottle with me that is always just plain ‘ol water, and then I fill another one with flavoured (aka. Crystal light). I have been aiming for 80oz a day…for the most part; like probably at least 5 out of 7 days – I am making this happen
It’s no secret that I have really been loving pool workouts this year. I usually just either swim laps, or go to an aqua-fit class – but I thought what better way to break up the monotony of “just” swimming laps – and through in some “exercises” along the way
I still have a $50 gift certificate that I won at a race, for a local running store…so I am always on the hunt for something to spend it on…and I can across these beauties this week
