We had a great vacation down at Disney World, but we are now safely back to reality. We got back in town on Wednesday night and were right back to some crazy days at work on Thursday and Friday.

There was plenty of good (bad) food, offset by almost enough walking to burn it off…especially when I had a 50lb weight up on my shoulders half the time. I also managed to get in a couple of good early morning 10K's as well as a nice 5K with Michelle. All in all it was a nice blend of carefree, fun times and just a smidgen of good discipline.

Oh yes, Halloween…we attended the Halloween party at the Magic Kingdom and got in a whole bunch of trick or treating. Here's our costumes for the night…Bork! Bork! Bork!
