Monday Motivation and Happy Drinking

Happy Monday everyone! Welcome to a fresh week!

Sometimes the weekend happens and come Monday we need some motivation.

Friday, I came off of running 7 days straight so I took the weekend off. I listed the first 4 runs the other day. Here are the last 3.

Tuesday – 6km/3.75 m = 32:06 min - 5:22 km pace/8:34 m pace

Wednesday – 10km/6.25m = 54:34 min – 5:27 km pace/8:43 m pace

Friday – 8km/5m = 44:47min – 5:36 km pace/8:57 m pace

As you can see, they got progressively slower as the week went on. I took that as a I sign to take a break.

With that being said, it is now Monday, and I feel ready to hit the pavement again and throw down some miles!

    I think I love every single Eleanor Roosevelt quote there is. Nice work on your runs,and it's good that you recognized when you needed a break!

  2. I think it's really good to vary up your pace to prevent injury esp now that it's summer and it's getting HOT! At least here it is...I'm not sure what summer is like in Canada.

  4. So even though I am involuntarily switching up my pace it's good lol. The weather has been warm at times which hasn't helped my pace but it's really ok with me.

  5. I do drink water right after getting up - and all day long!!!
