We waited and waited for some good summer fun in the sun and it finally arrived!

I got my long run in nice and early Saturday morning so that I could hurry up and enjoy the day!
After that I headed on over to the "Talbot's Annual Pool Party" (sister B and her hubby host this party).

We had a great couple days enjoying the weather.

I was sure tired after being in the sun all that time though but I managed to survive-almost injury free.

When I returned home last night I felt like hitting up a McDonalds for a Drumstick McFlurry. After 3 attempts at getting one with no success, I ended up going to the grocery store and buying a tub of it instead.

ReplyDeleteHahaha thats what my weekend looked like! Plus I slipped on a dock and scraped my elbow, just another sacrifice to the gods of summer fun :) Favorite ice cream- mint chocolate chip. with chocolate sprinkles. because im 5, evidently.
