Salads, Spinning & Squatting

Posted by Anonymous

I have been back on my salad craze again! They are so easy to do. I just buy a good lettuce mix, a bunch of different veggies, use leftovers from my fridge and voila! Yumminess!

Meatball Salad

This week it has been Meatball Salads. I had some homemade meatballs in my freezer so I took them out and cooked up the whole batch-enough to have salads for the week. I added some grated cheese, cherry tomatoes, canned corn, and salsa.

CRMichelle and I also decided it was time to head back to Spin class at the gym. This morning was the first time back in a very long time. I have to say, the first 10 minutes I was mad at myself for being there, but as I got warmed up and got into it, I was quickly realizing why I loved the class so much. It really makes you sweat! I would never go that hard for that long on a spin bike without being in the class. The instructors really do give you a good push!

Salads are the best! I love all the different things you can put in them! I've never tried a spin class before, but I really need to give it a try. It sounds so fun!
