If you read yesterday's post you know that it was the 2 CRM's 13 year wedding anniversary. To celebrate they were taking the fam to Chicago. Because they are such great people and they feel really sorry for me, they invited me to come along... Ummm, let me think.... it was a tough decision to come to but they eventually twisted my arm!
They picked me up nice and early Friday morning and we made our way. We arrived around 2pm and headed straight for the Lincoln Park Zoo.

This was the best zoo I have ever been too, and... guess how much the admission was??
FREE!
We saw all sorts of animals and were able to get nice and close for some pics!
After the zoo, we headed to the hotel to get checked in. We stayed at The W and it was very nice!

I LOVE Chicago (I've only been there once though) and I didn't get to visit the zoo, but it looks amazing!!
